I was very pleased with the way my case was dealt with. From the first phone call on Monday to submitting my application on Wednesday, everyone was polite, quick, helpful, and non-judgmental. I do concur with several other reviews that they can be a little overzealous with the amount of texts, emails, etc. they send, though; maybe just send a few less! Reviewed on: 31st January 2024
