Wonderful experience

Before I followed up with MW for a DRO i felt like life was so out of control and stressful. As soon as I took the step with MW everything slowed down. MW were so calm and made the process so simple. My only grievance is with myself for not doing this sooner! Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

For many years I have been struggling to pay my debts equally. Sadly this year I’ve been diagnosed with a bad illness and can’t work anymore for a long period of time. My advisor was brilliant, very helpful explaining things very clearly, was a slight issue with my DRO and it was fixed within 2 hours which is brilliant, even got my advisor to call me to rectify the issue. Getting a DRO has taken a lot of weight off my shoulders. When explaining my debts I felt embarrassed but my advisor was so supportive and not judgemental in the slightest, I highly recommend money wellness! Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026
