This Company are not fit for purpose, Trying to speak with somebody takes ages like around 30 to 50mins a call ! All their procedures are computer generated so if you get one email request/instruction you can get another 5 emails about the same Reviewed on: 4th August 2025

Money Wellness need to inform people of the correct e-mail address to send information pertaining to the DRO to. This is often different to the initial enquiry e-mail address. Apart from that, Money Wellness have acted well and were very efficient. Note though, I have not yet received my confirmation e-mail, confirming the acceptance of my DRO. Reviewed on: 4th August 2025
