Very happy customer

I've been a moneybox customer for over 7 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the app and customer service throughout that time. The app is easy to use, understand and a great way to see my finances grow. Whenever I've had queries, moneybox staff have been helpful, quick to reply and detailed in their responses. Great interest, good app, slow transaction timing.

I was in the market for a new cash isa, I researched...

I was in the market for a new cash isa, I researched several isa accounts and decided to open with Moneybox, I also transferred an existing ISA into Moneybox. The experience so far has been good. I have had a few communications with customer services which all been resolved and answered promptly and as a result my wife has now opened up an ISA with Moneybox too.
