Overall a good product.

Customer service was slow when sought after, but overall a good product that can give you a decent return on your savings towards a new home or towards your retirement options. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Good service, though app not always intuitive

Moneybox have been great with the LISA, transfers always went through fine and on time, bonuses got added on time. All the information I need is there, although sometimes I have to dig for it and may not always find it where I'd expect, which is probably my only gripe. Thankfully I haven't had the need to contact support for anything, so can't speak for that topic. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Good savings account when you first open savings acc...

Good savings account when you first open savings accounts as a new customer. My only criticism is not being able to open a new Cash ISA after you transfer your money to another provider. Though appreciate this is still work in progress Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

All round excellent app

I have multiple accounts with Moneybox and have found them all excellent. I have moved pensions to Moneybox and made significant gains, I bought my house with a Moneybox Lifetime ISA and I now have my children and friends on the app. Never had any issues. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

MoneyBox provide excellent financial information within their app. It’s very user friendly and easy to navigate. It is very simple and encourages me to manage my finances. Support is great. I love the round up feature. I use the Lifetime ISA with MoneyBox where I can clearly see and manage my contributions and cash position.
