The best savings app I have ever used

I LOVE the Moneybox app. Not only does it look great, it's super easy to use too. Using the Moneybox has enabled me to save in ways I would never have thought of. The round ups are one of my favourite features - I always use the Super round ups to save that little bit extra per transaction, a you barely notice it coming out of your debit card balance. It's just so convenient and so innovative. I am using my Lifetime ISA to save to buy my first home and quite honestly, I wouldn't be as close to my savings target if it weren't for Moneybox. I like to think I was a good saver before I opened my Moneybox account, but I really wasn't!! I have recommended this app to so many of my family and friends who are now using it too. I honestly would be stuck without it! Thank you Moneybox for being so reliable, providing me with all the tools I need, from learning and stocks and shares, to having access to speak with mortgage advisers - the Moneybox app really is GENIUS!! Great customer service

I had to contact customer support for something and was really concerned that I would just be made to explain my issue to an AI chat it endlessly but was out straight in touch with a person who resolved my query straight away and even gave an opportunity to contact them directly if the issue hadn’t resolved as expected after our chat ended Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Easy management and lots of learning

It’s been the easiest thing to manage my account on Moneybox, and the support chat function is great. More than that, the app has helped me learned much more about how to best manage my money. I read articles on it, attended a webinar, and made use of free expert advise on the phone. I couldn’t have asked for better support to get my financial life ready for the future! So easy to use, I feel in total control.

The app is so easy to use, I feel in total control of my savings and well informed about how to make the most of what’s available to me. I’ll be buying my own home later this year and I honestly don’t think I could have saved this much without Moneybox. My daughter and her boyfriend have just started using it too. Simply the best option for new Lifetime ISA customers

App is very easy to use, comfortably the best I have used for any online banking/ finance. They have made the setting up a lifetime ISA simple, explaining how their weekly collection cycle works with you being to view any payments progress in the cycle. They also make setting aside money for any of their accounts simple through multiple collection options (monthly, weekly, one time bonus and instant transfers) which allows you to change how you deposit depending on your changing circumstances. Minor fault in that instant transfers are dependent upon whether your current account you are using allows this. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Simple process, Well explained, kept in touch

Simple process to get signed up, information explained clearly so that even a layman such as myself could follow along without additional help.
