The best savings app I have ever used

I LOVE the Moneybox app. Not only does it look great, it's super easy to use too. Using the Moneybox has enabled me to save in ways I would never have thought of. The round ups are one of my favourite features - I always use the Super round ups to save that little bit extra per transaction, a you barely notice it coming out of your debit card balance. It's just so convenient and so innovative. I am using my Lifetime ISA to save to buy my first home and quite honestly, I wouldn't be as close to my savings target if it weren't for Moneybox. I like to think I was a good saver before I opened my Moneybox account, but I really wasn't!! I have recommended this app to so many of my family and friends who are now using it too. I honestly would be stuck without it! Thank you Moneybox for being so reliable, providing me with all the tools I need, from learning and stocks and shares, to having access to speak with mortgage advisers - the Moneybox app really is GENIUS!! Savings Made Simple

Excellent rate of interest, easy ISA transfer process and a foolproof approach to saving money. It's a bit weird not having a number to call for customer service (but they do have a number for fraud-related issues) and instead you leave a message with their chat feature. I got a reply from customer service within 24 hours on a query I had, which is pretty decent. I honestly wish I started using it sooner. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024

Easy to set up.

Easy to set up. Helpful to see my progress overtime. Money box allows me to easily allocate a little bit every week and see my savings grow! The monthly bonus is also really great . The fact I can link it with another person is also very rewarding Reviewed on: 5th February 2024

Branding - good. Accessible - good. App - very good!

I really like Moneybox as I feel like it's really young person friendly. Their branding is fantastic, they've really hit the mark in terms of fun and accessible. The language they use is simple and nonpatronising, and they do a lot to help inform you about key financial aspects which are not taught at school. Lifetime ISA on Money Box, highly recommend!

The app is intuitive and easy to use. I feel like I have alot of freedom when it comes to paying into the LISA. I can either pay in smaller regular installments or make individual deposits. I have never had any issues with the service but I know exactly where to find customer support if I need it. They regularly email me with updates about the LISA, and other investing/savings information which is concise, easy to understand and important to know. I was so impressed that I opened up other savings accounts through the money box app and felt confident in doing so as I was informed, their accounts are protected under FSCS and they had competitive rates of interest.
