Good app

I have been using the Moneybox Lifetime ISA and overall it is easy to use and helpful for saving. The app is clear and simple, and I like how it shows progress towards my goals. However, sometimes the information is not very detailed and customer support could be faster. It would also be helpful to have more updates or notifications about account changes. Fantastic but a tweak on Lifetime ISA explaination

Really good but should have a better explanation on bottom the difference Lifetime ISA options, I did not know about the LISA Stocks and Shares option until this start of this year due to a friend who works in Finance. I recently changed from a nationwide help to buy ISA to a lifetime ISA. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and answered all my questions before I moved. The app is easy to use and I’ve only ever had one query which was answered straight away and it was just my misunderstanding. Got my boyfriend to join and would recommend to anyone else.
