Easy, every step of the way

Brilliant, easy to use and excellent customer service for providing quick answers. As well as the efficiency to open an account and start investing. Great starting options with a great selection to look through after your more experienced to invest further. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

The App works like a dream.

The stocks and shares isa has given me a fantastic opportunity to invest and save. The app works a dream and makes it all extremely easy. Any queries I have had have been dealt with quickly and with ease. I’ve found the Moneybox Stocks and Shares ISA to be a user-friendly and accessible way to start investing, especially for beginners. The app’s clear interface and helpful guidance make it easy to choose between cautious, balanced, or adventurous portfolios, and I appreciate being able to start with just £1. Customer service has been responsive, and the round-up savings feature is a nice bonus. However, the platform fees (£1/month plus 0.45%) can add up for larger portfolios, and the range of investment options is more limited than some competitors.
