Great team and customer satisfaction.

I have been very pleased with support given by team members. I was made feel secure, I was been given all information I need to understand how account work and what would happen once invested. How risk rating works, and how money will be distributed. Easy to see on platform. During some downturn and uncertain time when I called, team explained very well to me that how the management team will meet in these types of situation and take care of money, so I do not see disaster in a few months. I can say in a simple term is that, Great team with a focus vision to insure customer satisfaction is always at heart. Reviewed on: 26th January 2019

Not giving good returns

The main issue is that even when everything was positive, the returns were not above 3% ( in one year). Now it's on the negatives Reviewed on: 23rd January 2019

An Easy Introduction to Managing your Financial Future.

Since joining Moneyfarm, managing my future plans has never seemed more doable. With an understanding how my saving now can impact my future self, I feel far more at ease with my monthly contributions, knowing full well what i'm striving towards, not simply depositing my funds into a faceless pension fund. The adjustable risk levels, and always on call a staff are a real treat to use and work with respectively, and I have recommended several of my friends to the service, from total novices, to those that know the ropes, but simply want to remove the hassle and complication of some bigger investment platforms. I look forward to what Moneyfarm have in store next, and would particularly love to see some LISA options.
