Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Great Insights, a little cumbersome at Tim’s.

It’s great for seeing overall net worth and tracking that, but I find some of the other features are a bit cumbersome. I don’t utilise all the roadmap and planning features as they aren’t very easy to use, mainly down to having to manually correct a lot of transactions. Great app, highly recommended.

Great app, highly recommended. I've been using it for about 3 years and honestly it's been a game changer in terms of understanding my financial position and for personal budgeting.
