Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. The best free money management app.

The best free money management app. No need for subscriptions to access all the features you need to keep on top of your expenditure. I have tried Emma and Snoop but this gives you all the essentials that those other apps hide behind a paywall for free! Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

Excellent budget manager

The app is exactly what I wanted to manage my finances. I am able to see all of my expenditure and track my budgets easily. I can compare my spending to previous months and it's encouraging to see my overall outgoings reducing as I manage my money better. Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

Helps keep me sane (plus saves heaps of time)

Really usefull ap for keeping track

Really usefull ap for keeping track of expenditure across several accounts. Helped me track and remove payments i wasn't aware I was making, and even get a handle.on what the kids owe me (I'll pay you back.Mum, honest!).
