Review of the Moneyhub, App:

Great Tool, Disappointing Support

I’ve been using MoneyHub and really like the tool. It has a nice interface and is fairly simple to use. However, the support is disappointing. I encountered a connection issue and submitted my enquiry via their website chat on 12th June. After the standard initial reply, I followed up but was met with complete silence. I then followed up via email and experienced the same lack of response. On 17th June, someone contacted me to say they would look into the issue. However, it has gone silent again. I messaged on 19th June to find out the status, but there has been no response. Today is 21st June, and it has been 9 days since my first contact without resolution. The tool works well when everything is running smoothly, but the lack of support is a major drawback. I am now considering moving my money management to another provider due to this issue. Brilliant financial data aggregator

Functionality within the app is fantastic. Ability to aggregate my financial information in one place is a godsend. Other financial institutions need to catch up and more need to offer api access to customer data. Banks are great, but some pension providers (Aviva) need to be willing to support aggregation of data. Reviewed on: 16th February 2025

A bit clunky

The app is easy enough to use but could be better. It’s great value for money. Some of the features could be made more applicable to a greater range of scenarios eg being paid early throws off the month to month budget. Reviewed on: 15th February 2025

I'm currently using my first free months of moneyhub...

I'm currently using my first free months of moneyhub and it has honestly impressed me above and beyond what I expected. Nongimmicky easy money management tool, easy to manage all your accounts in one place as well. I've tried other apps like YNAB which is 10x more than the paid version of moneyhub and it was miles better. I've also tried snoop but that has a few issues as well even with the paid version. Moneyhub is just more easy to use, flexible and customisable. I've recommended to all my friends. Reviewed on: 15th February 2025

Best money manageent app out there

Generally excellent

I’ve not needed to use customer service as I find it easy enough to navigate to everything I need without Support so far. The interface is very straightforward to engage with an apart from some difficulty in connecting with some financial platforms that I use which I would’ve thought would be major institutions to connect with on here, it’s otherwise a very useful resource.
