The best online bank!

Monzo has been my goto bank since it started when i was 17, and it has not failed me once, checking my scheduled payments have never been easier, recieving my money a day early is always a bonus and tracking my spending all online instantly is just amazing! Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Been with Monzo since it started

I have been with Monzo since it started and I have always found it incredibly reliable and easy to use. I love the flexibility of using it overseas and now the savings account and pot options. As it's grown, maybe in the last few years customer service has probably dropped a little (some things taking longer or agents not as enthusiastic or forward leaning in solving an issue) but it is still good and I've never been frustrated with the process.
