Best Bank Monzo Bank

Monzo gets my vote for Best British Bank 2026 because it consistently delivers a level of speed and customer experience I haven’t seen from any other UK bank. When my card was blocked unexpectedly, the replacement arrived the very next day. That’s not “good service” — that’s operational excellence, and it removed stress immediately. Beyond that, the app experience is genuinely engaging and useful: the daily challenge keeps me interacting with my finances in a positive way, and Monzo’s investment product is simple to access and well-integrated into day-to-day banking. I now have balanced investments, chosen by me!

My money life has been transformed by Monzo investments procedures and choices! I love my options to withdraw, add, change funds and contents and relative balances of risk. I love being able to readily review performance over week, months, all time etc and vast range of risk-aware person-centred choices I have. So I now have savings and investments and I am actively looking at ways to increase my wealth (only £100s so far…..but I never thought I could have any!!!) and the balance of my investments!!!
