Monzo king

I have monzo for over 5 years,is getting better and better over time with new additions, helped me to save money effortlessly and the app itself has a playful vibe and intuitive, can’t ask for more Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Purchases that were unauthorised

If any issues had been occurred during my banking with this provider they were quite swift in helping me deal with the issue. I have only ever had two issues which wasn’t anything to do with the bank itself. It was to do with the providers of external sources and these guys helped me very quickly into resolving the issue With purchases that were unauthorised/unintended. I would give these guys a five star rating out of five stars any day of the week due to the amount of information that was handed over to myself and also for making sure that everything during the process was smooth. I’d like to take the time to say thank you very much to Monzo bank as these issues occurred a couple of years ago and I have not thanked them for this. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
