Excellent customer service and quick turnaround on particulars.

I rang the customer service desk as I was offered a loan via email. I called up and the handler was very helpful. The automated service in the beginning was quick and easy and unlike usual waiting times, very good indeed. Over all it was really good I applied and got a response very quick the lady I spoke to explain it all clearly and was helpful filling out the of the loan application it was approved in like 45 minutes and the pay was shortly after Reviewed on: 19th June 2019

I was worried about a short term loan as interest rates are high and I worried about online security. I got a message saying I could call and talk to an advisor if I wanted. The advisor was super friendly and very helpful, explained everything and made sure I understood what I was getting. Would definitely recommend and use again if I needed too. Thank you.
