Poor service

Having spent ages on the phone giving my personal details, these were taken down wrong!! Which meant my loan wasn’t paid on the day requested, leaving me in a difficult situation. No support or help available! I can’t believe I had been approved then got a message after closing hours asking me to call back!! Only to find the office closed..! All because when I checked my form they person taking down my sort code put in the wrong digit, I repeated my sort code twice as well..’ unbelievable.... Reviewed on: 24th April 2018
