Thorough but good customer service.

After initially applying for a small loan I was called to confirm a few details. The operator was pleasant and helpful as I had to update a few details. Very good service and a possibility to win a prize for a review is a bonus but I felt I would leave a review regardless as I was pleasantly surprised at the decent customer service thanks benedence.
