Quick and efficient but too many questions

Had to ring to place the application as I needed to change previous bank details stored. This was all fine and quick to do, however I had to justify why I needed the loan to the customer services agent and why my disposal income after bills etc wouldn’t cover the reason I needed the loan. This wouldn’t happen online and felt quite intrusive. Reviewed on: 11th April 2018
