Easy, quick and very helpful

I cannot remember the name of the person I spoke to regarding my loan application however he had brilliant customer service skills, he was very friendly and asked regarding my daughter's well-being after I told him she had broken her bed, I have spoken to advisors in the past and none had been so friendly and understanding.
