Brilliant, Reliable and approachable

My gran died, and I needed money to put down a deposit for her funeral. I've got a terrible credit rating, but the person phoned me and had a chat to me and they actually added an extra 100 to my loan so I could live without panicking. Absolute lifesavers. Easy, fast and good customer service
