Dominique mrlender

After recently losing my job due to a medical reason I have found that I am unable to make full payment this payday, upon calling Mr lender I was stressing out wondering what would happen to me. The phone answered and Dominique answered with her lovely soft voice which immediately put me at ease, I explained my situation to her, she was very understanding and offered her best wishes with my upcoming job interview. She was very personable, very well soft spoken she is a credit to your team, I have had a few calls with Mr lender and have always been very satisfied with your customer service but today Dominique blew me away with how she handled my call and situation. Friendly and understanding

Currently called up Mr Lender to rearrange my payment schedule as I had a financial situation that arose and I was no longer able. To make the full payment I called up to discuss other payment options. The customer service adviser I spoke to (Rachel) was very helpful. She was sympathetic and really tried her best to find an option that will work for me. I felt like she really did go out her way to find a solution that will work. She was nice and friendly and did her company proud by explaining the terms of the loan properly. I will definitely recommend Mr Lender to anyone who needs an instalment loan.
