Perfect service!

I had such a straight-forward experience when putting through my loan application. Just what I needed at the time! All the steps towards my agreement were clear. The APR was impressive too! Having to contact MCB directly was no problem; the call handler politely dealt with all my quires in preparation for my loan agreement. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022

Application process ok but difficult to contact

I applied for a loan via credit score website, the application was easy ish but not very clear and my whilst the loan was paid my account is still not showing any information and finding it virtually impossible to make contact to update my details. Trust and quality.
