If accepted, interest and charges are frozen and creditor harassment will stop. You’ll be able to pay one low monthly payment for the remainder of what you owe. Your credit rating may be affected with this type of arrangement.

Customer orientated from start to finish.

When i first contacted My Debt Plan I was extremely nervous as I had no idea what was going to happen next. They were kind understanding and calming. They talked me through the process and then the options of what were the best ways forward for my situation. They gave me all the details and then time to think as it was a massive thing to process. ( I have no idea how people go through this time and time again). Then once decisions has been made. They went through it again. Providing ne with simple written details (no jargon or acronyms) and instructions as to who and how to do next. Once i did what was needed I was told there was a waiting period to ensure I was accepted. And then it was out of my hands. The money comes out of my account monthly. They send me a reminder via text to ensure I remember to have enough funds. Then once a year they do a quick check to ensure you can still afford the payments. No fuss no hassle. If you do have any questions there is a help line number and email to contact and they will help you as quickly as possible. They seem to understand that for the majority of people, being in debt is a very stressful time. And they dint want to cause their customers any more upset by making the processes harder than necessary. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024
