Great service

I use my savings account more loosely than some, so do not mind transferring from it to my current account for certain things; with Natwest, I am not penalised for this and they make it very easy to do. The interest rate is great for me and I love how helpful the staff are too - they actively encouraged me to set up a help to buy ISA and guided me through it so I wasn't missing out. I'm not all too finance savvy, and I trust them to best advise me. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

Loyal customer

I have been banking with Natwest for about 20 years now more out of habit than anything else. The bank doesn't reward loyal customers and it's on you to ask to be moved to their best current and savings accounts. The staff is helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
