Amazing customer service and simple to use.

When setting up I didn’t know to pick NatWest Rooster or GoHenry card I had some questions and the customer service team was just amazing. Answered all my questions, offered easy help and advice when setting up. Have continued to offer great service. The app on the children’s tablets is amazing them being able to have access to their own accounts they just love it!! I’ve been with NatWest for about 20 years and this is another reason why they are so great. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Just painless finances for parents

We've had Rooster cards for our emerging teens for a couple of years and have found it's a great way to enable their financial independence with the safety net of kill switches should something go wrong. We wouldn't be without them. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

My kids are Amazed !!!

Absolutely brilliant app for kids to use and be independent in learning about money. Having 6 kids of different ages and abilities it is awesome to see them check of chores and have a realisation for the amount things cost Thank you Natwest. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Easy to use

Initially trialled as an alternative to our usual pocket money app. There were a few teething issues but once understood it gives great flexibility with partial payments, weekly chores. Bank details for parent account can be shared although it would be handy for people to be able to make a direct deposit where appropriate. Card controls and features are easy to use and the limit on contactless cna be quite handy. The only real addition I would like to see is the ability to transfer money to their other natwest savings account in some fashion or a guide on how to do this. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
