Fantastic account, app and customer service

The Natwest Rooster Card and accompanying app make providing children with their first bank accounts and bank cards a secure, easy and rewarding experience. The chore management functions give a transparent and trackable means for managing chores and regular allowance disbursement. The security features also make it very easy for parents/guardians to retain control of their children's spending as they start getting to grips with financial independence. The customer service experience is also exceptional as I have had to recently contact Natwest when it looked like there was a suspicious transaction on my daughter's account; this was dealt with swiftly and I was able to easily clear up and understand what had happened within minutes of making contact.
