My daughter has. Rooster and we had a few issues with the main account that it was connected to. After speaking with the NatWest team they were able to get us sorted smoothly and really fast so there was no disruption to our daughter. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Great independence for kids

Being a NatWest customer I think it is such a great idea that I can teach my children money skills for free as an existing customer. My children love doing jobs to earn money and gives them independence having their own money on a bank card. They enjoy going to the shops and using their own cards. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Easy app to use and great for kids to learn

The app was very easy to set up and add my children have grown the account has managed to grow with them. There are helpful ways to help the children save and decide on items they might want to purchase for themselves. I can easily see what their accounts are doing and get messages when they are using them. My daughter was also able to get to Germany and spend there and I could still see what she was doing.
