Banking where you’re always treated as a new customer

We have accounts and mortgage with NatWest, they treated us great as a new customer and just as great as a customer of 13 years plus. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

My kids love their rooster card.

My kids love their rooster card. It’s easy to use. My only issue is that they can’t use it everywhere. They were at ice skating last week and their card was declined as it’s listed as a leisure centre for adults only. Which it is NOT. It doesn’t even have a bar. This was extremely embarrassing for them as they couldn’t pay to ice skate with their friends Reviewed on: 18th April 2026
