My amazing credit union

I have been a member of the NHS Credit Union for 10 years. It is an easy way to save without realising you are doing that. Every intervention I have had with the staff when I have been making a large purchase and need a loan the service has been second to none. Also when I take out some of my savings for smaller purchases the money is in my account in a timely manner that same day. Fabulous Service all round. Great way to save and great loan offers too

NHS Credit Union is a great way to save money, my monthly savings is deducted directly from my wage before I even get it, which means I don't have the opportunity unless I need it to spend the money. I have also previously had a loan from NHS Credit Union and the rates are great, again I can pay directly from my wage, which means I don't miss the money too much. The team are always on hand if you have any questions as well. Would recommend having an NHS credit union or normal credit union account to anyone. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Easy way to start savings account, comes straight off pay!

I started NHS Credit Union Savings account when my daughter announced that she was getting married. It was great to see savings build up every month and can change the amount easily as time went on. You can increase/decrease at any time and when withdrawing money it is in your bank same day! What a great service, I would'nt be without it now! Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Excellent way to save

I have been a member of NHS Credit Union for over 20 years and have always saved with them during this time and have also used the credit union to take out a loan also. It is super easy to save / pay back any loan since it is taken directly from your salary. The loan APR is very competitive and again easy to pay back. Staff are all super helpful although most of your interaction is now online which is very user friendly. All in all a fantastic service for both saving and loans. Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Easy saving

Excellent service and easy to use.

My overall experience has been fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to access and the process of saving with NHS credit union couldnt be more straight forward. I will continue to save with NHS credit union and would not hesitate to recommend. Staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful which makes the experience a better one. Best thing ever
