NHS Lothian credit union - very user friendly

the joining process was a little long winded but could be done remotely using the internet and phone which is very useful. communication is always good as is recovering passwords etc when I've forgotten them. withdrawing money is easy as is increasing the amount you want to save each month. Allowing me to save comfortably while I earn

NHS credit union is absolutely great it allows for me and my family to save happily and comfortably as we earn, giving incentive to try and save more monthly having the option for direct debits as well to make saving that much easier. They’re customer service is great having sorted issues with my other family members accounts. Its a great peace of mind knowIng that your money is safe and in the right hands. When joining CU the gentleman was very helpful and informative. He spoke me through each step and advised what he thought would be most suitable to me. He even called a few weeks down the line to check I had received everything and that I was happy with what had happened Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

I have only just started using the NHS Credit Union Savings account. This comes off my wages each month so I hardly notice it. It’s very easy to withdraw the money also and is in your bank account the following day at the latest. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020
