Amount of Top Ups from Parent Account to Daughters

My only issue with this service is the amount I can top up and on several occasions when my daughter has needed extra funds I have not been allowed to and a message states to contact Customer Service, which is not always convenient, whilst working as a Chef in a busy Kitchen.
