Professional, polite and easy to manage my finances!

I’ve only had to speak to customer services on 2 occasions as my accounts are app based. Extremely professional and pleasant advisors. Promptly dealing with things for me. One was to safeguard my account as I was on holiday and had lost my phone. The level of panic was unreal and they put me at ease and reassured me everything was fine and added security to my account.
