Was a good lift loan

Thats a good thing when you need for a fast loan..APR its a bit high..but its ok for a quick and easy loan. Reviewed on: 28th June 2017

Good but needs technical upgrades to be great

Oakam really helped me out in a difficult time. Staff, we're helpful friendly and informative. I do have an issue with the lack of secure online payments. It can be a hassle waiting for the office to open just to pay your bill. I downloaded the Oakam app, on the surface it all seem a good idea, but this area definitely needs an emergency review. I signed up , used it with no problems for approximately two weeks. Now when I try to login , I get told that either my username or password is wrong. So I click the 'forgotten password ' link , only to receive a message that there is a fault and to try again later. So now I am unable to use the app at all. Leaving me completely ignorant of my balance etc. I feel like these are teething hiccups and could and should be fixed quite quickly. Reviewed on: 28th June 2017

Great service

I ask them for a loan of £300 pound and I pay them every a reasonable amount back every week on Thursday and what like about the Company that great customer service, and that they help you lot for example if I miss a payment I will let them know why & I told them I would pay them next day they ok with that. What's make them different is that they don't stress people out by keep call them or send text which good thing. They have app that you can download to keep track of your payments and amount left .
