cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Fantastice Service from an understanding company

I needed money to help me out with unexpected bills. Now my credit rating is no way near the best, but a simple application with Oakam made all the difference. A straight forward process with support from a dedicated team made my experience easy. Always on the end of the phone to help, and I didn't need to call them. Updating payments

On Friday oakam debit out of my account £20 every week at 3am, due to my work pay changing its payment time to 6am I called oakam to change the time they debit from me and the advisor called me back after I had told her I do not have any minutes to call this number and she gladly called me back and changed it.
