cant top up recieved a text saying I was eligible for a top up and when trying it kept saying I had the wrong date of birth which is not true. very dissatisfied Reviewed on: 31st May 2021

Glad i found oakham

I have had a fantastic experience with Oakham, the repayments are reasonable and affordable, i think its a great way to build up my credit rating. Great customer service, my questions answered, friendly staff who kept me informed with the process step by step until payment. Its even easier with the app where i can top up when ive repayed or as an additional letting me track my payment schedule so i can see where im at. I would definitely recommed to family and friends. I feel safe and assured that they will be willing to help if a financial emergency arise. Glad i found oakham. Reviewed on: 31st May 2016
