They do not offer top up loans as they say they do, i was told in 6 months i can get a top up loan providing i pay on time an keep up with my payments, it has been 9 months, not missed a single payment yet no top up loan available Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

I completed my loan application online, this was easy to complete, fast response and received money in my account the very next day. I have since also spoken to a couple of people over the phone on a couple of occasions. They have all been very friendly and able to answer all my questions efficiently and professionally. I make payments via direct debit but also like how I can keep up to date with my account and make extra payments if I wish to do so on the website. Reviewed on: 15th April 2019
