Had a loan for over 12 months, the app is very user friendly, with all access to account infomation at hand. It’s easy to apply staff are easy to talk to and will help you through the easy process and you will find it easy to understand the payment plan what you have to pay and when, it’s easy if you have a problem to change your date if you give notice. Lots of facilities to keep track of your repayments. Only slight criticism is that the company that handles payments is not affiliated with the loan provider and the two do not seem to communicate. Reviewed on: 8th April 2019
