Fast, Efficient and Friendly Service

I was in need of money urgently couple of years ago, the simple and straighforward application process meant that I can deal with my emergency. Their interest rates are high, but this can be avoided with early repayments (which is what I did). They allow you to top-up your loan and pay the money into your account in couple of hours. The application process was fast & concise. For someone who is quite nervous about taking out a loan in general, I really appreciated how easy the all the information I needed was to access, the clarity in breakdown of payments and processes - and how lovely the staff are in customer service!
