I have been very happy with the service overall, fast and accommodating. Only negative would be the offers to top up my loan are too frequent and may cause others to unnecessarily increase there debt and worsen their financial position Reviewed on: 8th April 2019

Fast, Efficient and Friendly Service

I was in need of money urgently couple of years ago, the simple and straighforward application process meant that I can deal with my emergency. Their interest rates are high, but this can be avoided with early repayments (which is what I did). They allow you to top-up your loan and pay the money into your account in couple of hours. The application process was fast & concise. For someone who is quite nervous about taking out a loan in general, I really appreciated how easy the all the information I needed was to access, the clarity in breakdown of payments and processes - and how lovely the staff are in customer service!
