Appreciate the loan but customer service sucks

I took out a loan and have never missed a payment, every week I get offered a top up and every time it is declined, it’s declined the moment they check my Experian record which shows no missed payments on any credit account for 8 years but my score is 3 points in poor even though it is very good on equifax and transunion, then you get the ‘after careful consideration’ rejection, there is no careful consideration just go with what Experian say. So I can’t say that their customer service is great when, like pretty much every company these days, it’s just on what Experian say Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
