I was looking to invest in an ISA with a good interest return. OakNorth fitted my wishes. I did not know anything about them at the time but took a chance and made a small investment. It was a simple easy process to complete. They kept me updated with my ISA's progress and as their interest rates bettered most other banks. When it was due to finish I chose to reinvest with more money. I am still highly satisfied. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026

Oaknorth consistently provide a good interest rate and have a good variety of saving schemes. Changes to account interest or new savings accounts available are always emailed to me. I have always used the online banking but not an app. I have found this to be easy to navigate and not found the need to contact them directly. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026

Competitive, flexible terms and user friendly platform

Setting up the accounts and using the online platform is simple and user friendly. I wanted to save for two different events, that required different maturity dates. OakNorth provided saving timescales that were not available on the market; 9 and 15 months, whereas most financial institutions only offered 6 months and 12 month blocks. Even though the rate on the 15 month was a little lower than a 12 month with competitors, after calculating interest at maturity, I still received better interest vs. going with a shorter term and higher rate. 2nd year of my ISA with OakNorth bank.

This is my 2nd year of my ISA with OakNorth bank. Their App is brilliant and so easy to use. They are very customer focused via email and phone with quick responses to queries. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

My favourite bank

As a pensioner I didn't have much luck being accepted by three other banks because I didn't have a mobile phone. Apart from that, their interest rates are better than most banks, their Savings Team are friendly and most helpful. Can't imagine putting my savings anywhere else. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
