Good rates and excellent customer service

Whenever I've sent emails to OakNorth they have replied promptly and simply. Their interest rates are extremely competitive and I like their back story and am happy to support a smaller institution. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026

OakNorth: Bank to suit all & lotality rates

Have saved for many years with OakNorth, who have always offered competitive interest rates. And with a loyalty rate offered with continuing saving when products mature - whats not to like! Recommended to a family member who has been happily with OakNorth for years too. i only had to contact customer services once initially and the matter was resolved swiftly by friendly, approachable team member.
