When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 m... When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 months left you are told with the cancel fee there no no refund.. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Have used one call for many years even had a little accident thinking that’s going to put my next renewal is going up , it actually went down and the claims department was so easy to deal with, trust me if this company was rubbish I’d say but I’ve been more than happy with their service Reviewed on: 18th September 2021

Easy to do business with

I went with One Call Insurance on this occasion due to their comprehensive cover that includes all the add ons, but still at a competitive price. Very happy with the interaction - documents, web site etc in terms of ease of use. I just hope that they remain competitive at renewal as potentially they have a long term customer.
