Really easy to complete, great service

Things are tight for everyone at the minute, my van insurance was due for renewal I searched all over and received a really competitive quote From One Call, completed the transaction completely on line, no surprise charges, really simple to select the cover you want and also decided to pay monthly. Good cheap insurance

Good so but would like to see a couple of changes and a phone number to ring your company name is one call also not received my policy through the post yet would rate you higher then if more options instead of chatting with text messages Reviewed on: 7th October 2021

From car to van!

I came across One Call on a well known comparison site when I was looking at quotes to insure my old car. They were the cheapest. Some say if an insurer is cheap then you won’t have a very nice experience. But I can vouch that this is not the case with One Call. They work just the same as any other insurance company and their online facilities make running your account much easier. Also the online tool to talk to customer service is quicker than other insurers and puts your mind at ease. This year I bought myself a van and looked into insuring it with One Call, which I did. They were again the cheapest and they also refunded the money left on my car policy with no fee. I recommend them to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021
