Easy to deal with when it matters!

Renewal of premium "blues"

I have used One Call Insurance for a number of years now , which may seem strange when we are constantly encouraged to switch suppliers of whatever product we are looking to buy , simply to get a better deal . I have been with one call insurance for a good many years now and have never had cause to complain. Their prices are always competitive and whenever I have had reason to call them their staff are friendly and polite and very knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 10th October 2021

No faults so far

Any time i have dealt with Onecall there has never been any fuss or whoha. Any queries have been sorted out immediately without any of the usual insurance company drama that folks expect. My overall rating is 1 star short only because i cant comment on how they handle claims, as fortunately to date I havent needed that service from them. Keep up the good work.
