Straightforward, fair and human!

Effective and simple customer portal to make changes. Was able to quickly reach an actual person when calling without just being diverted solely to automated options or incur huge waiting time in a queue (like some companies). Although purchased online I was surprised at the human element and those that I have spoken to have been helpful, friendly and not dismissive. The price is fair and affordable in my situation as I receive benefits, and includes more than previous insurers I have used for a better price. No complaints Reviewed on: 14th September 2021
