Check back call from customer services going over policy details ensured I had the correct cover and also gave me additional information for services in the future when it’s time to renew. I checked comparison site's for a quote for car insurance. They were, I thought quite good. I made a call to One Call insurance, my insurer's at the time to cancel my next year's insurance, and to my surprise they beat the comparison sites. Very friendly, polite and so helpful. I needed business cover when I returned to social work and they found me the cheapest most reasonable quote in minutes. I needed time to compare prices and the following day, the same rep helped me to complete my plan with One Call. Speaking to the same rep was valued the most. Thanks guys!
