Good price, room for improved service

Prices were competitive. 2nd year with them. Massive mprovement needed in answering phones. The wait at various tines of the day is not acceptable. I hate Livechat. I have to arrange insurance for my 80 year old dad. Many people over the age of 60 don't have Smart phones or access to the Internet. You need to provide a focused improved service for those customers. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Quick, easy and value for money

Quick and easy to obtain a quote from One Call Insurance. Best deal available on the market even for returning customers. I would definitely use again. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

At the end of the year I will insure the second car here. Communication is much more efficient than at the former insurance company.
